Hi, I'm Laurence Klein. I'm based in the Sutherland Shire and have several years of hands-on experience helping parish staff with everyday technology issues, including IT support work in a local parish setting.
I started KleinSoft to provide honest, patient home tech help for people who want clear support without confusing jargon.
If I can't help you at all during the visit, you don't pay. If the issue is outside what can be fixed at home, I'll tell you honestly.
Home Visits
$60
Includes travel and up to 1 hour of support
After the first hour, extra time is $15 per 15 minutes if needed. Pay by cash, card, or invoice.

No. I come directly to your home in the Sutherland Shire and help you there, whether the issue is at your desk, kitchen table, or with your home Wi-Fi setup.
No. I explain things in plain English and work at your pace. The goal is to make things simpler, not more confusing.
If I can’t help you at all during the visit, you don’t pay. If the issue needs parts or specialist repair, I’ll tell you honestly and explain your options.
Home visits are $60, which includes travel and up to 1 hour of support. If more time is needed after that, it is $15 per extra 15 minutes.
You can pay by cash, card, or invoice - Laurence will send an invoice to your email so you can pay at your own pace.
